Marriage Requirements
Both spouses must apply for a marriage license in person. The marriage ceremony must be performed within 60 days of the issuance of the license. All U.S. Citizens must provide one valid form of identification with their picture, signature and date of birth, as well as their Social Security Number. Non-U.S. Citizens must provide either an Alien Registration Card, driver’s license or passport if they do not have a Social Security Number. Divorce, death or annulment decrees may apply.

All beaches are continuously certified as Blue Wave Beaches by the Clean Beaches Council, making them easy to enjoy for families. Hollywood Beach is home to the Boardwalk which runs 2.5 miles along the sun-kissed sand, and provides some of the best people watching in South Florida.
