Booking your wedding travel will require specific information. Additional contactinformation must be provided and billing information (such as credit card numberand expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only and tocomplete your reservation. If we have trouble processing a booking request, thiscontact information is used to get in touch with you.

When our website asks you to enter sensitive billing information (e.g., credit cardnumber), that information is encrypted and is protected through the use of "SecureSocket Layers" (SSL), an industry standard encryption method. While on a securepage, you may note the lock icon on the top or bottom of your Web browsers. This ensures you that the information being transacted issecured through encryption.

Tell - A - Friend

If you wish to use "Tell-A-Friend," our referral service for sending a friend informationabout our site, you will be asked for the friend's name and email address. GDW willautomatically send the requested information. GDW collects this information forthe sole purpose of sending this one-time email - the email address and the contentof the email are NOT stored in our database. After a referral email is sent, wewill only have access to that email address if the friend decides to register and"opt in" on our website after receiving the email.

Sharing of Personal Information

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers.This information is not linked to any specific personal information that can identifyany individual person.
